Welcome!

We are offering full real estate service for FIXED FEE where you save thousands of dollars on commissions

What does it cost?

  • List your home on MLS® for a low, fixed fee of only $759.
  • Your busy life doesn’t leave time to show potential buyers your home; our team will manage all of your scheduling and bookings for a one-time flat fee of $359.
  • Offers, negotiations and paperwork handled by experienced REALTORS®, for a low fixed fee $1,799.

In turn…you get exceptional and professional real estate services for an economically low, flat price – regardless of the value of your home. Therefore, you can conserve thousands of dollars on the average cost of selling a house in Ontario (especially the Greater Toronto Area).

Or alternatively elect for traditional, commission base real estate service and do not pay anything until your house or condominium is SOLD!

Just an example of what you could save:

Sale price $1,000,000
2.5% commission = $25,000
HST on commission $3,250
Total commissions on sale $28,250

vs

Fixed fee with Gromov Homes $2,917 + HST = $3,297!

Your saving: $24,953
